Welcome to the OBS Bodyshop website. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website, online estimate requests, contact forms, and information submitted electronically.
1. Estimates and Online Requests
Estimates or price ranges provided from photographs, messages, telephone conversations, or information submitted online are preliminary and may change after a physical inspection of the vehicle.
Additional or hidden damage may be discovered during inspection, disassembly, or repair. Any additional work is subject to the applicable customer authorization and service agreement.
2. Repair Authorization
Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, sending photographs, or contacting OBS Bodyshop through this website does not by itself authorize repairs.
Actual repair work, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and other service conditions are handled separately through the applicable repair documentation.
3. Repair Times
Repair timelines provided before or during an initial evaluation are estimates unless otherwise established in the applicable service documentation.
Completion times may be affected by additional damage, parts or material availability, insurance procedures, customer authorization, supplier delays, or other circumstances related to the repair.
4. Vehicle Photos and Information
Customers may submit vehicle photographs and information for estimates, evaluations, and repair-related communication.
Personal information submitted to OBS Bodyshop is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
5. Services and Previous Work
Photos and examples displayed on our website represent previous OBS Bodyshop projects and are provided to demonstrate our services and workmanship.
Every vehicle and repair is different. Previous projects do not guarantee identical repair procedures, prices, completion times, or results for another vehicle.
6. Warranty
Any warranty applicable to work performed by OBS Bodyshop is governed by the specific warranty terms associated with that repair and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Website Content
OBS Bodyshop website content, original photographs, graphics, branding, and other original materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
8. Consumer Rights
These website Terms do not replace the agreement governing actual repair work performed on a customer's vehicle and do not limit rights provided under applicable Mexican consumer-protection law.
